Scholastic Book Order

If you would like to order books for any of your children at school or home, you have two options.
  1. You can shop and submit your order online with a credit card.
  2. You can send the printed order form with payment in their Binder.

MAKE-UP Picture Day

If your your child missed Picture Day or want you him/her to retake his/her picture, the make up day is scheduled for Wednesday, September 30th.

Thank you to all the parents who were able to come to our Open House yesterday. I look forward to getting to know your child better. Hope to speak to all of you before Parent Conferences in October.

Second Grade 2015 - 2016

Thank you parents for checking and signing your child' s planner everyday, filling out all those forms from the Thursday Envelopes, and helping your child with their homework and reading assignments.
 
I look forward to meeting all of you during Open House on Wednesday, August 12th from 2 - 3 PM.

Mahalo to Aunty Jen, from the Waikoloa Dry Forest Initiative, for sharing her knowledge about the various trees you will find in the Waikoloa Dry Forest.

Hawaiian Food Bank Contest

Waikoloa Elementary is collecting food donations for the Hawaiian Food Bank now through the end of April. More information will go home in next week's Thursday Envelope.
 
The class who donates the most food (by weight) will win a Pizza or Ice Cream Party. The contest ends Friday, May 1st.
