We will be celebrating Dr. Seuss and Read Across America Week. Here are the books we will be focusing on and the daily dress up themes:
- Monday: Cat in the Hat Day (Wear a hat)
- Tuesday: Fox in Sox Day (Wear crazy socks)
- Wednesday: Wacky Wednesday Day (Wear wacky clothes)
- Thursday: Green Eggs and Ham Day (Wear something green)
- Friday: Oh, the Places You'll Go Day (Dress up as your future career)
Reminder: 2nd and 3rd Grade are hosting Parent Night on Thursday, May 3rd from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Please join us! Our 2nd graders will be preforming Green Eggs and Ham Reader's Theater, singing a Dr. Seuss song, and displaying artwork and writing. Students will have an opportunity to win a book and other prizes!
