MP=Meets with Proficiency -Demonstrates acceptable achievement of the targeted benchmarks/standards.
DP=DevelopingProficiency Is approaching acceptable achievement of the targeted benchmarks/standards.
NY=NotYet Requires more time and experiences; and shows limited achievement of the targeted benchmarks/standards.
