Aloha,

I am excited for another great year in 7th grade math!  Originally from Oregon, I have been teaching grades 6 - 12 in both science and math since 2009.  I started teaching at Waikoloa Elementary and Middle School in 2024 and love teaching 7th grade math here.  In 7th Grade we get to learn about rational numbers, expressions, equations, two dimensional figures, proportions, percent, and more.  Math is an important foundational skill that builds problem solving, resilience, critical thinking, and applies directly to our daily lives.  I look forward to working with your student and helping them have fun learning math!
