Aloha!

 

My name is Philip Adkins and I am the Art teacher for the middle school. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the University of the Arts in PA,  and My Masters in Education (MEE) from Wilmington University in Delaware. I have been teaching art most of my adult life I owned and operated a glass blowing studio In Delaware where I created art and taught classes for over 10 years.  I moved to Hawaii in 2020 and I have had the honor of teaching art at Waikoloa Middle School and this is now my 5th year at this amazing school.  I am excited to share my love or art with these amazing students again this year! This year I will be teaching Art and Sculpture classes so your student may have me twice!!
