Aloha Families!

The final week of school is upon us.  I’ll be holding Webex meetings on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, May 28th.  I hope all students will be able to attend our last meeting on Thursday to say goodbye to me and their friends.

I’d like to thank each family for their ability to adapt during the Covid-19 quarantine.  You’re all rock-star parents and teachers!  I also want to thank you for your continued involvement and communication throughout the year.  I had an incredible group of students this year that grew leaps and bounds!  I’m very proud of each and every one of them.

Virtual summer camp begins on June 1st from 9:00 – 11:45 each day until June 26, 2020.  Please go to the school website for details and registration.  Waikoloaschool.org  Details are at the bottom of the homepage.  We will have a computer pick up on Monday, June 1st for registered summer camp students that have their own WIFI but need a device.  Pick up will be between 9:00 and 11:45.

Food Basket is coming to Waikoloa.  They will be distributing food in our parking lot from 12:00 to 4:00pm on June 5th.

If you haven’t done so already, please return library books to the kiosk across from the office.

It has truly been an honor to teach your child.  I’m grateful to be a part of their lives and look forward to watching them grow from years to come.

Sincerely yours,

Heather Aldridge

Collect your school supplies on Tuesday, May 19th

Dear Parents,

Student belongings for second grade will be distributed via drive by pick up in front of the school office on Tuesday 5/19 from 9-11am. Please return library books at this time. School portraits have arrived and will be placed with your child's classroom items. If you're unable to pick up items at this time, please call me at (618) 304-6024 and I will do my best to make other arrangements. At this time, the school has stated that they will not be able to hold on to items until next year and they will be disposed of. Therefore, I will do my best to make other arrangements if you contact me.

Mahalo!
