Paper Beads – any type of paper to make strips (plain, color, magazine, wrapping); pencil; ruler; scissors; glue; thick string or yarn; toothpick or chopstick
 
Quilling - any type of paper to make strips (plain, color, magazine, wrapping); pencil; ruler; scissors; glue; toothpick or chopstick
 
Paper Badge/Medallion- paper (plain & color); pencil; ruler; scissors; glue; safety pin or clip (optional)
 
Cardboard Tube Creature - paper; pencil; ruler; scissors; glue; cardboard tube from a toilet paper or paper towel roll
 
Pinata - any type of paper to make strips (plain, color, magazine, wrapping); thick string or yarn; paper sack or gift bag; shredded paper or newspaper; pencil; ruler; scissors; glue; CANDY

This challenge packet has above grade level reading passages and the math pages in this packet are NOT review. The multiplication pages are from a module that has not been covered in the classroom, but has been discussed during WebEx.
 
Please feel free to use this alternative challenge learning packet as you wish.

PLEASE RETURN LIBRARY BOOKS

Please check and return any or all Library books you may have at home. 
 
1.  Place them in the BOOK DROP (beige and metal) across from the entrance to the Office.
 
2.  Give them to a Waikoloa Staff member at the Grab & Go during breakfast or lunch.
 
3.  Give them to your teacher, Ms. Summer, when you pick up your school supplies on Tuesday, May 19th between 9 & 11 AM.

You child's school items (supplies, folders, composition books, spring pictures, books, spirit wear, &/or etc.) will be in a brown grocery bag labeled for you to pick up in the front of our campus.

Student Registration Open for School Year 2020-2021

Waikoloa Elementary & Middle School is now accepting new, Kindergarten, transferring, & withdrawn student registration for the school year 2020-2021 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.

Pick up packet, complete at home, and return completed packet to school.
